Clubfoot, also known as Congenital Talipes Equinovarus, is a complex, congenital deformity of the foot. Left untreated, it can significantly limit a person’s mobility by making walking difficult and painful. The primary goal of treating clubfoot is to achieve long-term correction of the deformity, resulting in a fully functional and pain-free foot. Additional objectives include achieving a plantigrade position (normal alignment) and the ability to wear regular shoes.
